Elysium#
Elysium is Kinetiq's Layer 2 on Hyperliquid: an Arbitrum Orbit chain that settles to HyperEVM, with HYPE as its gas token. One sequencer, run by Conduit, orders every transaction as it arrives; there is no public mempool.

NectarRouter has no owner and no upgrade path: its rate, its venues and where its fees go are fixed in the deployed code.
