Wallets
Wallets
Generate or import Elysium wallets, name and group them, and keep a funder to pay them out.
Every Nectar wallet is an ordinary Elysium address with its own private key, kept for you on Nectar's server and used only to sign your trades and transfers. Nothing is signed in your browser, and no outside key service is involved. How keys are kept
Trading wallets and funders#
| Role | What it does | Rules |
|---|---|---|
| Trading | Buys and sells; can be grouped | Up to 1,000 per account |
| Funder | Holds HYPE and pays it out to your other wallets; the only wallet that can withdraw to an outside address | Never trades, never in a group. One is made for you on your first visit; add more from Funders |
| Dev | Marks a wallet as a project (dev) wallet | Can be left out when you consolidate |
Generate#
Generate makes fresh keys on the server, up to 200 at a time, with an optional name prefix (up to 70 characters) that numbers them in order. They are ready to fund straight away.
Import#
Paste private keys, one per line: 64 hex characters, with or without 0x, any case. Up to 200 at a time; a key that is already one of your wallets is skipped, and an invalid one is refused, never stored.
Name, group, archive#
- Rename any wallet, and sort trading wallets into groups you can trade as one.
- Archive a wallet to take it out of trading. Its key is kept: you can still empty it into another wallet, export its key, or unarchive it.
Balances and details#
Balances are read for all your wallets in one call and refreshed every few seconds. A wallet's details show its HYPE, the tokens it bought through Nectar and still holds, and the HYPE it sent and received.
